The price will be 250% the cost of ingredients. I will provide an estimate based on the size of the event, and the types of ingredients the customer desires. I will follow up with the client and ask for a security deposit to purchase ingredients before the event.

I do not have a menu because I make sushi based on the ingredients brought to the event at the request of the customer. Not having a menu makes the service more personalized and flexible. I will cater to the customers preferences and provide a custom sushi experience.
To ensure availability and provide the best service possible, I require at least 72 hours (3 days) notice before an event. This advance notice allows me to check my schedule, confirm availability, and source the freshest ingredients. Once the date is confirmed and secured with a deposit, we'll discuss your preferences and event details to ensure everything is perfectly planned.
